如何準備3MT學術簡報？
- 參考三分鐘學術簡報官方網站FAQs（https://threeminutethesis.uq.edu.au/resources/faqs-competitors）。
- 參考陽明交通大學三分鐘英語學術簡報競賽網頁(https://nycu3mt.nycu.edu.tw)之相關公告。
- 觀看3MT懶人包影片及參加賽前3MT線上培訓講座(2024年11月1日 週五16:30-17:20)，詳情請見NYCU 3MT官網。
如何製作參賽檔案？ - 準備一張不超過 5MB 的靜態投影片。
- 錄製一段影片（可上傳至Youtube或雲端分享觀看的影片格式）。
- 影片開始需以英文介紹參賽者姓名、系所，學校及簡報主題。介紹時間將不計入簡報時間限定之三分鐘內。
報名方式：
- 於 2024年11月11日下午 5 點前註冊並繳交影片連結及投影片檔案＊徵件時間延長至11月15日下午5點
- 將影片上傳至 YouTube，並點選下拉選單，將其設定改為「不公開」。影片一經上傳，切勿重新上傳。
- 點選活動報名連結（https://forms.gle/bLm34KPUYEBL67UN7)。
- 填入個人報名資料、YouTube或雲端影片連結網址，並上傳投影片檔案至雲端資料夾，檔名請以學校＋姓名＋學號命名，
例如：陽明交大周星星0876543 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10a1Fqx4p3qg-8d7ujrWyzvR7cECCKqvA?usp=sharing)。 - 資料填妥後，按「繳交」即可。
- 報名完成之後，將收到陽明交通大學語言教學與研究中心寄發之確認信。
〈決選階段〉
- 決選名單於2024年11月18日前公布在活動網頁。
- 入選者應於2024年11月22日中午12點前，以電子郵件通知陽明交通大學語言教學與研究中心（yaqi.lin@nycu.edu.tw）參賽與否，參賽順序將於決賽前一天發信通知。
- 投影片內容或簡報標題可微調。
決賽日期:2024年11月27日 時間: 18:30-21:00 地點: 人社三館105演講廳（歡迎有興趣同學進場觀賽）
[Preliminary round]
- Prepare ONE static presentation slide no larger than 5MB.
- Record a video in MP4 or another YouTube-accepted format, beginning with an introduction in English stating your name, department, university, and presentation topic. The introduction time will not count towards the 3-minute presentation time.
- Upload the video to YouTube and select the “Unlisted” option from the drop-down menu.
- Do not reupload the video once it has been uploaded.
- Click the registration link (https://forms.gle/bLm34KPUYEBL67UN7).
- Fill in your personal registration information, YouTube video link, and upload the presentation slide file to the cloud folder. Please name the file with your school + Name + student ID number, for example: NYCU Joe Black 0876543 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10a1Fqx4p3qg-8d7ujrWyzvR7cECCKqvA?usp=sharing).
- After completing the information, click “submit” to finish.
- After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent by the Language Teaching and Research Center of NYCU.
⭐Register and submit the video link and presentation slide by 17:00 on November 11, 2024.

Time & Date: 18:30 (Wednesday, November 27, 2024)
Venue: Room 105, HSS Building III, NYCU Chiao Tung Campus)
- Ten to twelve candidates will be selected to compete in the final event. The finalists will be announced on November 18, 2024 on NYCU 3MT Website. (The organizer reserves the right for the final decision.)
- Selected finalists should notify the Language Teaching and Research Center of NYCU (yaqi.lin@nycu.edu.tw) by email before 12pm on November 22, 2024 whether they will compete or not, and the competition order will be notified by email the day before the final. (If for any reason the finalist is unable to progress onward, his/her place will be canceled.)
- You may make minor adjustments to the content or title of the presentation slide.
